Let’s Work Together

Lana is passionate about helping people excel in their careers and lives both inside and outside of the workplace. With 35+ years of experience, Lana has designed and led a variety of talent leadership development programs which have influenced thousands of people. Over the years, she has created a unique process to mentor the next generation workforce utilizing the Everything DISC assessments, books, conversations, and service-learning.

In her free time, you will find Lana wandering in a bookstore with a chai tea in hand, cooking great food with her husband Keith, or enjoying a glass of wine at an outdoor café.
